I am one of five consultants for the Compelling Preaching Initiative (CP) – a $150 million dollar project funded by the Lilly Endowment, Inc. I work with the Coordination team based at the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship (CICW) to nurture a culture of mutual learning among 142 grantees and their staff, support grantees in finding the expertise necessary for the flourishing of their programs, convene grantees for mutually beneficial learning, and articulate research and discoveries emerging out of participating organizations for dissemination to wider audiences.
